Job Location: Bangalore

Business:  The SM’s primary responsibility will include developing and managing the Realty business.
Job Description:
Following is the description of the role:

  • He/She has to define and achieve targets location wise for the region
  • Driving and monitoring Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development Operations
  • Identify and explore new markets and tap business opportunities.
  • Developing relationships with Builders and brokers to ensure market penetration
  • Planning and implementing Marketing activities, advertising and other visibility programs to drive sales
  • Develop and maintain client relationship, enable smooth co-ordination to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
  • Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development Operations
  • Negotiation/Deal finalization & monitoring day today activity for ensuring proper documentation related to deal.
  • Look after collection & receivable management.
  • Networking - Maintain efficient network with real estate consultant(Commercial Properties) to ensure higher sales
  • System, up gradation and data management for effective marketing.
  • Corporate Marketing - to tap corporate client for generating bulk deals.
  • Develop and maintain relationship for project finance/housing loan tie up/promotional schemes.
  • Delivering revenue targets
  • Recruitment of key team members and ensuing optimal team strength.
  • Monitoring and ensuring optimal productivity per individual
  • Monitoring and maintaining information systems
  • Auditing sales calls to ensure quality management.
  • Recruits along with HR & ensures non-performers are weeded out
  • Manages relations with the Marketing team to ensure enough leads, generates own leads through the team & also ensures leads through references
  • Innovates and creates reward programs for the sales team to keep them motivated
  • Define the Training Drill, Content and ensure delivery and also define the audit mechanism
  • Will report into RSM - Reealty

Eligibility & CTC

  • Should be an MBA (Marketing\ Finance) or Post Graduate in Marketing\ Finance with an inclination towards sales
  • Should be presentable and in the age group of 28- 32 years
  • Should have 5+ years of work experience
  • Must have at least 2 years experience from the same industry
  • Candidates from real estate\ construction\ infrastructure\ banking industry (mortgage department) would be preferred
  • CTC offered would be as per the industry standard.
